We build separate databases to hold key information on each property and the whole portfolio. This encompasses lease reading and auditing, managing and monitoring of key events. The in house database is managed through a Vebra Premise platform and provides instant reporting facilities.

We deal with all management and administration matters including monitoring landlord and tenant obligations, tenant liaison, inspection programmes, insurance, licence and consents, repairs and maintenance management, neighbouring properties and void management. We can provide budgets, combining forecasting techniques with corporate accounting and bills to advise cost controls, monitor credits and debits, provide VAT receipts, calculate accruals and pre payments.
We will inspect all properties within the portfolio at least every 6 months with a report available for each inspection.
We track and report on all commercial events on both tenancy and property management issues including lease renewal, rent review dates, break option dates, service charge reviews and repairing dates.
